Quite often, in school and otherwise, children will occasionally fight over a piece of chocolate or a toy, or make a noise and cry to get attention. To stop such petty quarrels and behavior there is a need to bring children together to work on constructive activities. The aim being to help them understand the positive rewards of co-operation, patience and teamwork.
Constructive activity can be in the form of team games that challenging, safe and fun. These activities bring children together, to share, play and win, in positive way. This also helps children open up, forget their shyness, and improve their communication skills.
