Complete Kidz CiC is an innovative coaching company which exists to enhance the life and opportunities for children and young people through sport, music, art and drama. It achieves this through the delivery of high quality and innovative programmes that promote the benefits of art, music drama, sport, physical activity and healthy lifestyles. Complete Kidz delivers its work in partnership with key local statutory agencies.

 

We are looking for enthusiastic and inspiring team players who have proven ability to plan to develop, organize and deliver innovative sports coaching activities to students in Key Stage 1, 2, 3 and 4. You will combine your passion for sport with strong organisational, communication and administrative skills. You will have an ability to engage positively and build relationships with teachers and other external partners.

 

You will be a subcontracted sessional worker with rates of pay between £10 and £15 per session depending upon experience.

 

Key Responsibilities and person specification

-Responsible for delivering high quality activities in curriculum and extra-curricular sessions to pupils in key stage 1, 2, 3 and 4

-To ensure the sessions are child-centred, structured, progressive, fun and of a high quality

-To commit to a programme of continuing professional development to ensure that the coaching provided is always of the highest quality.

 

Hours of sessions are typically between 8am – 4.30pm, Monday – Friday, although weekend work will be available.

 

Applicants must have a valid driving license and access to a suitable vehicle.

 

All coaches must hold a minimum of level 1 coaching qualification however level 2 coaching qualifications are desirable as are an up to date First Aid qualification, safeguarding children certificate and DBS.
