"I have worked with Complete Kidz for almost 18 months now. I have always found the communication of a very high standard. I always have the list of coaches that will be running our clubs in advance along with their DBS clearance. If for unforeseen circumstances coaches have to be changed, I am always informed, which is vital in a school setting.
The coaches deliver well planned activities, all age appropriate with clear routines and boundaries. Without exception, they have all shown a great deal of empathy towards our more vulnerable pupils, which has increased our students emotional well being. The coaches are punctual, reliable and are clearly child focused. They are mindful of safeguarding procedures and report any concerns they have promptly.
