To deliver our activities and to follow the Complete Kidz ethos we utilise a network of qualified and high quality coaches. The coach has an important role to play in enabling all children to become independent learners and develop important social and psychological skills.

Whilst working with Complete Kidz..

•All staff attend compulsory training sessions per year with ongoing mentoring and regular information provided on courses, events and seminars for there own personal development.
•All Staff wear Complete Kidz uniform for easy identification and appropriate staff presentation.
•All staff carry a coach profile, copies of their qualifications and other credentials for increased security.
•Complete Kidz always endeavour to allocate coaches to previous venues to provide continuity and so that regular coaches know your procedures, staff and children.
